I am the Managing Broker for the Cupertino and Los Altos offices of Coldwell Banker Realty.
When I assumed leadership of these offices, there were approximately 70 agents and no established top producers. Today, the Cupertino and Los Altos offices have grown into one of the most productive brokerage office alliances in Silicon Valley, surpassing $1 billion in sales volume by the end of May 2025 and more than $2.75 billion by year end. This growth reflects consistent leadership, strong collaboration, and a culture intentionally built to help agents succeed.
My focus is on creating high-performance environments that are both supportive and aspirational. Experienced agents benefit from working alongside other strong professionals, while developing agents gain access to mentorship, proven systems, and real exposure to higher-level business. The emphasis is always on progress, not comparison. A strong office should elevate everyone inside it.
Scale matters. As the volume of business increases, opportunity compounds. More transactions lead to more collaboration, more referrals, and a steady, revolving cycle of shared growth within the office. This dynamic allows agents at different stages of their careers to learn faster, grow with confidence, and build sustainable businesses.
Leadership without competition
I am a hands-on, non-competing Managing Broker, focused entirely on supporting agents and the long-term health of the office.
Coaching, development, and accountability
Agents have access to ongoing education, market discussions, panels, and practical business guidance designed to support growth at every stage of their career.
Contract and legal expertise
I bring deep experience in contracts and compliance, including long-standing involvement with PRDS and regional REALTOR® organizations, providing agents with trusted guidance on complex transactions.
Data, marketing, and resources
Agents benefit from Coldwell Banker’s technology, marketing platforms, and market data, paired with practical insight on how to apply those tools effectively in real-world situations.
A culture built on collaboration
High transaction volume creates opportunity. Collaboration, shared knowledge, and internal referrals are natural byproducts of scale and strong professional relationships.
I believe strong offices are built deliberately. They require clear standards, consistent leadership, and an environment where agents feel supported, challenged, and respected. My role is to help create that environment and ensure agents have what they need to grow in a way that aligns with their individual goals.
I value thoughtful conversations with professionals who care about long-term growth, professionalism, and building something meaningful in Silicon Valley real estate.
